Professional flail mower SaMASZ KBRP series with arm, thanks to wide range of adjustment (172 cm), enables operation as rear or side mower.

Mowers for roadsides KBRP complete municipal machines offer. They meet expectations of farm and municipal contractors. High quality of work and unique durability of components guarantee reliable operation even with working load exceeding 1500 working hours a year. KBRP series has new, stronger bearings in flail shaft unit. Bearings are placed inside main frame which prevents the bearings from any damage.

  1. Mowing-mulching unit is a rotor from thick pipe, on which there are tines mounted - standard type I as the most durable.
  2. Copying shaft is made out of thick pipe with high diameter (168 mm) which enables smooth manouvering.
  3. New design of flails on flail shaft enabled decreasing their quantity and at the same time retained the quality and efficiancy of mowing. New design also decreases power demand.
Noze - Knives TYP I - made of steel castings. High hardness of the knife
(around 42 Hrc) enables operation of the machine in tough conditions. It is a stone proof self-sharpened knife.

- Knives TYP II - are very popular in western countries. They need good conditions of operation - in other case the knives will have to be changed often.

- Knives TYP III - for mulching bushes

- Knives TYP IV - grass, straw, corn and tobacco stems, mulching remains.

KBRP mowers thanks to hydraulically regulated arm can work either on the side or at the back of the tractor.
KBRP series has 2 mechanical safety devices:
- enabling lifting of working unit in case of running into obstacle,
- folding back working unit in case of hitting an obstacle.

kbr1 KBRP mowers are ideal for:
- Mowing roadsides and green belts.
- Cutting weeds, thickets and grass.
- Crumbling cut branches (up to 10 cm).
- Attached to tractor's 3-point linkage either at the front or at the back of the tractor.
